Introducing ::Deliberate Solitude::

From the outside, solitude and loneliness look a lot alike. Both are characterized by solitariness. But all resemblance ends at the surface.
Solitude is a positive and constructive state of engagement with oneself without being lonely. Solitude is desirable, a state where you provide yourself wonderful and sufficient company.
Deep reading requires solitude, so does experiencing the beauty of nature. Thinking and creativity usually do too.
That's a description of solitude I read from an article, and I agree with it. Hey, I wouldn't use the word unless I am positive that I wont get the wrong idea. To simply put it, you can be with your partner in the same room but each on his / her own solitaries activities. I guess mine would be on my desktop doing some graphic design or picture editing etc while my partner in his deep reading.
Coincidently I took several photographs and one of them I called it Solitude, this photograph have been featured in one of the many hundreds if not thousands of art journal in Deviantart.
Thus, I renamed this blog ::Deliberate Solitude:: A blog where I will post some of my works when i was in deep deliberate solitude aka working. Plus, I think it's about time I update the blog and replace the childish anime design. Why black and white? Because I think a good black and white photographs not only allowed the photographer to be more creative and daring, it also show us the beauty that can go unnoticed in colorful photographs.
Well, that's all I wanted to write. Hope everyone will support me and my new interest. Bye.

Okay... I'm stuck to one particular drawing and I can't seems to ever gonna finish it. I have no idea why!!! DAmn >.<"" so i have nothing new to post here. Anyway, this is a parody manga i did early last year.... errr not for publication but samples for lil kids who wishes to draw manga. Since it's only a sample I was asked to do only 2 pages. I have the story in my head tho and I like how it ends... At least I do. Still... I need more time or more hands!!

Another one of an old comic I did for a kid magz. I come up with the idea of wanting to have more hands to draw, then I remember the goddes Kalika. When I propose my idea to me boss, she told me to replace it to Octopus and instead of four panel it became five and now with extra dialogues than she comes up with. I had to edit the extremely long text. My boss, her dream is to be a writer you see so sometimes she forgot that she is not writing a novel. ehmm.. just kidding boss. Moreover kids, Octopus don't exactly have brains on each tentacles. Read here for more info kids, don't be lazy.

Was asked to come up with a protagonist as a homework. Drew several sketches for character design proposal before my boss take it to her mom and dad to choose from. Hahahaha just kidding boss. No, of coz this is not the only sketches I did.. but NO, I won't show you more. Booo... There are three basic character for the protagonist to choose from:
Daniel :
Age : 16
Gender : Boy
Hobby : Design a game interface and do his own programming for his mmorpg game.
About him : Born as a single child to a wealthy family. His father is a doctor and own a hospital, he is very dependant and act a little mature for his age. He don't like to be in a noisy place and wasting time. He also think that girls are to much into their looks, shrilly and loud.
Brian :
Age : 16
Gender : Boy
Hobby : loves music and are captain of a football team in his school
About him : His mother passed away when he was young so he looks after his young twin siblings. His father works as a reporter in a small publishing company. He likes to help others and be the center of attention. Generally full of life, sparkling happy and carefree. He believes that 'life is much simpler and innocence' than people let it be.
Jason :
Age : 18
Gender : Boy
Hobby : paintings and composing music
About him : A first year college students majoring in music. He is very positive and sees himself in the future as a successful musician. His parents passed away when he was young and raised by his grandmother. He work part time pianist in a cafe. He loves street fashion, a little immature and reckless.
Well since this is just a homework, we didn't choose any of these character. Hehe.. but he looks good No?!
